How do I email information about an item to a friend? |

If you see an item that you know a friend would love, you can e-mail her your suggestion anytime by clicking on the "tell a friend" button that is near the Add to Cart button on every item page on our site. A window will popup where you can add her email address and ever write a personal note (or just use ours) and she'll get a brief e-mail from us in moments saying that you think she'd like the item you told her about. The personalized e-mail will have a link to the chosen outfit.

Items that are out of stock usually DO NOT come back in stock.
Rampage's clothing does sell out quickly, so we suggest that if you see something you like: snap it up while you can! We have a very good return policy so in case you change your mind, it's easy to send back the item (please note that sale items cannot be returned). Sometimes when we get returns that are unworn and in new condition, the item you had wanted may come back in stock, though this is rare. |

How do I redeem a Rampage.com Gift Certificate? |
|
|
If you're the lucky recipient of a Gift Certificate, redeeming it is easy. Just log-in, shop as usual, and proceed to check-out. When you get to the payment page you can select to pay, you can choose Rampage Gift Certificate. There you'll be asked to enter the order ID and PIN numbers of your gift certificate, which you'll find on the certificate.
If the order amount is greater than the gift certificate amount, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card number to complete the purchase. If it's less, then we'll remember the remaining amount so you can use it to buy more cool Rampage gear in the future.
PLEASE NOTE: Rampage.com gift certificates can only be used on Rampage.com, not at Rampage retail stores or anywhere else Rampage products are sold. Also be aware that Rampage Retail Store Gift Certificates cannot be used on Rampage.com.
